Our Graduate Scheme:

We are really proud of our graduate scheme and the achievements of our colleagues who have joined Corporate Citizenship as grads. From day one, we will challenge you by involving you in client teams. You will work with your new colleagues on client projects, new business and marketing, working on a broad range of assignments that will develop your skills and expertise across our service areas and beyond. In addition, you will help to compile the daily CSR media briefing (read by hundreds of sustainability professionals around the world) and research news and events for the Corporate Citizenship Briefing and associated website

Our grads go on to have successful careers in Corporate Citizenship, progressing quickly, being given opportunities to hone their skills and interests in specialist areas and being involved in all aspects of client work. As a member of our global client teams, you will have the opportunity to work on an array of services including sustainability strategy, reporting, community investment, impact measurement and environmental services. We have a great client list, working with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies including Unilever, Abbott, Diageo, Net a Porter and Barclays.

You will also be part of the Chime graduate scheme, working with a group of grads from other agencies on a charity project and a residential workshop, together with a program of training and mentoring to develop your skills.

In additional to a starting salary of £23k, we offer:

  • A diverse workforce with our 16 nationalities across 6 offices globally
  • A supportive and fun working environment, working across a varied client base of leading brands
  • Bespoke training and learning and development opportunities to grow professionally and personally
  • Participating in the Chime residential workshop where you will work on a live client project with the other graduates
  • Taking part in a group-wide grad scheme charity project
  • 25 days holiday
  • Private medical
  • Pension

We are looking to recruit the next generation of sustainability professionals - articulate, curious team players who are not afraid to take a point of view. At the same time, you will have a real appetite to listen and learn from the best people in their field and create brilliant work. But what matters most is that you are determined to succeed and have the passion, ambition and drive to become the best in the industry.

If that sounds like you – then apply by January 20th

About Corporate Citizenship:

As individual citizens we all have rights, responsibilities and aspirations. And business is no different. So what kind of corporate citizen are you? It's a crucial question. Because business has the power to shape the future. To improve the way we live and create growth that benefits everyone. Why? Because a healthy society is in business's best interest. In a healthy society, businesses and people thrive. Which means responsible business isn't a choice - it's a business necessity.

We look for bright and enthusiastic graduates with a good understanding of corporate responsibility issues, and through this scheme we provide an ideal introduction to helping transform businesses through sustainability principles.

At our core, we are an inquisitive bunch of people who enjoy what we do and are determined to make a difference one day at a time. Corporate Citizenship is one of only a few consultancies offering entry-level roles in sustainability and we are committed to nurturing talent and our people.

Some more information on our Graduate Scheme:

We have been part of the Chime graduate scheme for many years, with grads going on to enjoy successful careers with us. But don’t just take our word for it - here’s what some of our current graduates say:

“The best thing about being on the grad scheme is that you’re never treated as a grad. You get interesting work, contribute to meaningful projects and are able to learn from the experts in the field.”

“There’s a lot to learn, but you’re surrounded by people who are very driven and passionate about what they do and always happy to answer questions. It’s a fantastic environment where you feel equally challenged and supported.”

“I have always been encouraged to get involved in areas of work that I am particularly interested in. Additionally, there are a lot of training opportunities to learn and develop your skills further which is a perk!”

“I always wanted to work in the area of sustainability but found that there were very few opportunities for people starting their career. Having whittled down my career preferences, Corporate Citizenship was an immediate top choice for me, so I kept my eyes peeled for the grad scheme ‘apply’ button!”

**Due to the high number of applications we receive, only those who will be invited for interview will be contacted and will hear from us by 31st January 2019**
